Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced very thin
  • 1 pound red Swiss chard, trimmed and sliced
  • 1 pound green Swiss chard, trimmed and sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Serves four people.

Instructions:

  1. In large skillet, heat oil.
  2. Cook garlic until light golden brown, approximately 2 minutes.
  3. Add Swiss chard and cook until soft.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
